Vendor listing and sponsorship terms
Read these before you pay for, or ask for, a listing or sponsorship.
Sponsored placements are always labelled. You confirm your listing is accurate, lawful and that you can back up any claim. We can decline or remove listings. Paying for a slot doesn't change how we describe other tools.
- Sponsored placements are always labelled. Labelling is non negotiable. On a card the label is Sponsored, before the link. In the newsletter, the label is "Sponsored by" followed by the vendor's name, above the message.
- You confirm your listing is accurate, lawful and that you can back up any claim.
- If you are regulated, you provide your own FCA status. We will not invent an FCA number for you.
- We can decline or remove listings.
- Paying for a slot doesn't change how we describe other tools.
Payment and refunds
Prices are the launch prices listed on our advertise page. We take payment only after we have agreed to run the placement. Payment is by invoice and bank transfer. If we cannot run a placement that has been paid for, we refund it in full. Monthly listings can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid month.
Reviews come from verified UK advisers. We don't pay for reviews or remove negative ones.
