Mortgage AI is a technology site for mortgage and protection advisers. Many advisers are hearing a lot about AI, but it can be hard to tell which tools are relevant to fact-finds, criteria research, client communication, compliance and day-to-day admin. This site brings that together in one place, organised around the tasks advisers actually do.

How we list tools
We only list tools that exist and that we have checked have a working official website. Descriptions are short and factual. We do not publish invented prices, statistics or reviews. A listing is not an endorsement, and sponsored placements are always labelled. The full account is on our editorial policy page.
Using AI responsibly
AI can save time, but advisers remain responsible for their own advice. Keep human review of anything an AI tool produces, use business-grade accounts for client data, and follow your firm's or network's policies.
We haven't tested every tool. If you use an AI tool in your work, especially with client data, you remain responsible for your FCA obligations, such as the Consumer Duty and SM&CR, and for your data protection obligations under UK GDPR. Check with your network or compliance team before you start.
Read the FCA's Consumer Duty, the FCA's page on its approach to AI, and the ICO's guidance on AI and data protection (the ICO is reviewing this guidance after the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025).
Building our own tools
We build our own AI assistants with Grok Bot and Cursor. We pay for them as normal customers and have no commercial relationship with either company.
