Placements
- Featured directory slot: a clearly labelled sponsored card on the homepage or within a use-case category. The card shows Sponsored before the link.
- Newsletter sponsorship: a labelled sponsor message in the daily newsletter. In the newsletter, the label is "Sponsored by" followed by the vendor's name, above the message.
We will not publish audience numbers until we have real ones.
Our standards
Sponsored placements are always labelled. You confirm your listing is accurate, lawful and that you can back up any claim. We can decline or remove listings. Paying for a slot doesn't change how we describe other tools.
- All paid placements are labelled "Sponsored". Labelling is non negotiable.
- If you are regulated, you provide your own FCA status. We will not invent an FCA number.
- We may decline products that are not relevant to UK advisers or that make claims we cannot verify.
- Sponsor copy that promotes regulated financial products may need financial promotion review before it is published.
Reviews come from verified UK advisers. We don't pay for reviews or remove negative ones.
Launch prices
Mortgage AI is new, and our prices reflect that. We would rather start small and grow alongside the people who back us early. Newsletter prices are linked to our real subscriber numbers, so you only pay more as the audience grows.
Newsletter sponsor week
from £50
Your labelled "Sponsored by" message in every daily newsletter from Monday to Friday, with one sponsor per week.
- Under 250 subscribers: £50 a week
- 250 to 999 subscribers: £20 per 100 subscribers a week
- 1,000 subscribers and above: £180 per 1,000 subscribers a week
We confirm the price using our subscriber count on the day you book.
Sponsored news item
£75
A labelled Sponsored article on our news page about your product or announcement, plus a short labelled mention in one newsletter. We may edit for accuracy and length.
Founding sponsor
£249 for three months
Open to our first five sponsors only.

How booking works
Email mortgageai@agentmail.to with your product and the placement you would like. We will check it is a good fit for UK advisers, agree the copy with you, and then send you an invoice, payable by bank transfer. We never take payment before we have agreed to run your placement. If we cannot run something you have paid for, we will refund it in full.
All paid placements are labelled Sponsored, and paying for a slot never changes how we describe other tools. Please read our vendor listing and sponsorship terms before booking.
