Technology and AI tools UK networks offer their advisers
The named CRM, sourcing, AI notetaker, file check and document tools that UK mortgage, protection and IFA networks say they provide to member advisers and ARs. Every item links to a public source with the date we checked it.
Mortgage and protection networks support advisers who arrange mortgages, protection and often general insurance. IFA and financial planning networks support advisers who give investment, pension and wider financial planning advice. Some networks do both. The Covers label on each row is based on how each network describes itself, with a source.

This page is information to help advisers ask their own questions when talking to a network. It is not advice, and it does not rank or endorse any network. Listed in no particular order. Where a network has not published a tool in a category, we say "Not published". That does not mean the network has no tool, only that we found no public source.

Not listed: Tenet Group, whose IFA network closed and whose advisers were offered a move to Openwork (Citywire); it has been in administration since June 2024 (Professional Adviser). Succession Wealth describes itself as a national financial planning firm rather than a network for AR firms, so it is not listed (Succession Wealth). Intrinsic is now part of Quilter Financial Planning and is shown under Quilter. Sesame describes itself as a mortgage, protection and general insurance network, so it appears in the mortgage section only.
Questions you might ask a network
- Which CRM and sourcing systems are included, and which do I pay for separately?
- Is an AI notetaker or file check tool provided, and who checks its output?
- Where is client data stored, and is a data processing agreement in place?
- Can I export my client records if I leave?
